Rolling Arrays becomes first certified Qualtrics reseller and delivery partner in region

Qualtrics (Nasdaq: XM), the world’s No. 1 Experience Management (XM) provider and creator of the XM category, today announced a new partnership with Rolling Arrays, a leading provider of HR solutions that help attract, develop, and retain talent, to help organizations across Southeast Asia rapidly deliver world-class customer and employee experiences at scale.

As organisations rethink their customer and employee experience during the pandemic and in preparation for what comes next, the Qualtrics Experience Management Operating System equips businesses and governments with the insights and capabilities to continually design and improve the experiences being delivered.

Through the partnership, Rolling Arrays will provide one-stop support to help organizations implement Qualtrics and accelerate and expand the value of their investment. The HR specialists are the first certified reseller and delivery partner for Qualtrics in Southeast Asia.

“Experience management is critical to all businesses and governments as every industry undergoes an experience-transformation in response to changes accelerated by the pandemic. The partnership with Rolling Arrays is critical to Qualtrics’ ongoing expansion in Southeast Asia, and will equip our customers with more industry-leading support, expertise, and capabilities to build their next great customer, and employee experiences,” said Mao Gen Foo, Head of Southeast Asia, Qualtrics.

“Our team of more than 150 consultants at Rolling Arrays are experts in recommending and implementing the right and best solutions for our customers. Qualtrics is the leader in experience management, and has continually demonstrated proven value in enabling organizations of all sizes and from all industries to continually improve the experiences delivered. This combination of expertise and capabilities will help every organization across Southeast Asia confidently respond and succeed in the changing world around us,” said Manu Khetan, founder and CEO of Rolling Arrays.

The partnership expands the growing presence of Qualtrics in Southeast Asia, following the company’s commitment to hire 1,200 new employees across the broader Asia Pacific and Japan region by 2024, and opening of a data centre in Singapore in 2021. For Rolling Arrays, the partnership builds on a decade-long partnership with SAP, which has seen the company build one of the largest SAP SuccessFactors consulting teams in the region.
