ePFile is a cost effective Employee Document Management add-on solution for SAP SuccessFactors customers. ePFile offers a plug-and-play solution that reduces implementation time and cost. It provides quick access to employee documents across SAP SuccessFactors modules, leveraging secure storage and permissions for enhanced data management and eliminating document duplication and access control issues.

ePFile has predefined templates for easy employee documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.) creation. Users can save time and effort by using the bulk import feature and loading documents into the SAP SuccessFactors environment from various external file formats and data sources.

HR members can retrieve and process documents directly from SAP SuccessFactors through by using employee name, document ID within ePFile. Admins can set approval workflows to monitor, control any updates, and manage document accessibility. ePFile enables comprehensive governance and simplifies the management of employee documents.

SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that ePfile is built on SAP BTP. This solution is SAP certified to run using standard integration technologies, or that run as an add-on to a cloud solution from SAP .
