Imda and Rolling Arrays Collaborate for Company-led Training (CLT) Programme 2019

The Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) and Rolling Arrays commence their new batch for HR IT Consultant Training Programme 2019 on 17th June 2019. The motive is to train the fresh graduates as HR Transformation consultants and to meet the growing demand for end-to-end Cloud HR IT Consultants in Singapore.

Rolling Arrays has successfully completed three years and multiple batches of, IMDA’s Company-led-training (CLT) programme. It is an innovative programme that aims at providing industry-led learning opportunities to young talents of Singapore (fresh graduates with less than 3 years of experience) to brush up key areas of HR Transformation using various HRIS (SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Rhombus and other Cloud HR Systems) and equip them with best practices to gain a competitive edge in the world of HRIT consulting.

Rolling Arrays with more than 150 HR transformation projects across Asia, is the first mid-size company to have come into collaboration with IMDA’s CLT programme, to give international exposure as a part of training and to hire both, degree and diploma graduates.

This structured training programme includes classroom learning, online learning, team and individual assignments, presentations, demo, as well as on-the-job training to equip them with required skills. The goal is to furnish students with the knowledge and experience for constantly changing HR and business needs covering various aspects of HR Transformation including HR consulting, HRIS implementation, change management and support services.
