This move comes following Rolling Arrays’ acquisition by Skyform, a portfolio company of Seatown Holdings International, which is a wholly owned investment firm under Temasek’s asset management platform. The acquisition has fuelled Rolling Arrays’ growth momentum and strengthened its expansion roadmap across key SEA markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
