As we start 2025 and embark on RA 2.0 grand plans, it’s time to reflect on an incredible 2024 at Rolling Arrays. Here’s a roundup of what made 2024 a year to remember!
Company Highlights
- New Wins: We are proud to have added esteemed logos across SEA such as Wipro, POS Malaysia, Baiduri Bank, SP Group, Ministry of Education Singapore, Sapura Energy to name a few. These wins underscore our growing reputation as a trusted HRTech provider in the SEA region.
- Big Renewals: This year, we hit a phenomenal 90% renewal rate across our key accounts in SEA. It’s a clear testament to the trust our customers place in us and the incredible value we continue to deliver.
- New Leaders: This year, we were excited to welcome some incredible talent to our leadership team. Sunesh Rodrigo, our new Chief Business Officer at RATPL, brings invaluable expertise. Hong Ngiap Lee, leading our Align Practice, and Marcus Koh, heading our Automate Practice, are driving innovation and excellence across the board. With these remarkable individuals on board, Rolling Arrays is well-poised for even greater success in 2025.
- New Promotion: Gerald Chow & Tom Becher, MBA were promoted to Managing Directors of Singapore & Malaysia. Both have been pivotal to Rolling Arrays’ success, each bringing nearly a decade of dedication to the organization. These promotions reflect Rolling Arrays’ commitment to cultivating leadership from within and driving regional growth.

Skyfrom Acquisition
Skyform, backed by Temasek-owned alternative investment firm SeaTown, acquired a controlling stake in Rolling Arrays in 2024 recognizing Rolling Arrays as the top homegrown HRTech Consulting firm in SEA with the goal of transforming RA into a top HRTech firm in the APAC region.

Key Milestones for our SF Addons
- Reimburse (our Travel & Expense Management addon) is now the selected eClaims platform for the entire SG Healthcare cluster.
- We went live with ePFile (our Employee Documents Addon for SAP SuccessFactors) for 17,000 users of STEMS in Singapore & 30,000 users of CP Foods in Thailand.
